1 lbs wild Louisiana shrimp
1.5 sticks butter
Original Pickapeppa (2 tablespoons)
Hot pepper sauce (about a teaspoon)
3 garlic cloves, minced
Lemon pepper seasoning
1 baguette/loaf of French bread
Melt butter in large glass dish in oven at 375 degrees.
Add minced garlic, Pickapeppas, light lemon pepper, salt and pepper.
Add whole shrimp with heads on.
Salt, pepper, lemon pepper on top of shrimp.
Cook about 10 minutes, flip shrimp, re-season.
Squeeze half lemon over shrimp, cut up lemon and put in dish.
Cook another 10-15 minutes until shrimp are done (they turn pinkish orange).
Pull out and stir and around.
Use bread for dipping in sauce.
