2lbs large peeled raw shrimp
1 bottle Pickapeppa Spicy Mango
1 Tablespoon Tony Chacherie’s (or to taste)
½ lb. Bacon Strips, cut in half
In a large bowl (or zip lock bag) pour bottle of Pickapeppa Spicy Mango over shrimp and let sit for at least one hour.
Remove shrimp from bowl and wrap bacon around shrimp using a toothpick to hold in place.
Place on cooking tray
-Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
-Rotate to cook both sides
