CREOLE PICKAPEPPA MANGO SHRIMP

1lb. Louisiana Fresh Peeled and Cleaned Shrimp
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon of dried thyme or 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme
1 bottle Pickapeppa Gingery Mango Sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Put all ingredients together and marinade overnight or at least 2 hours. Bake in a single layer casserole dish at 350 degrees For at least 15 minutes. Great as an appetizer. May also be grilled on low flame if desired. Baking yields a softer moister texture.  Feeds 4.
